House Rules

All adults (18+) must be listed by full name on the reservation. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. No smoking or illegal substances. No pets or animals of any kind. No Crypto mining. Please take kitchen trash to the trash can in the backyard, take that bin to the curb on Tuesday and Friday evenings, and return to the backyard on Wednesday and Saturday after trash pickup has occurred. Thank you! Unfortunately, we cannot honor late checkouts because there is normally another guest checking in and the cleaning crew needs enough time to properly clean. There is a $100 late checkout fee as a result.

This house felt like home!! The area was great- lots to do! The house was spacious, clean and the small touches made it such a perfect place to stay for our weekend away: Mirrors had led lighting for makeup applications, baskets for laundry, games for game nights, small face towels, etc. The patio was perfect for hangouts even with small children. Our host, Martin, was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He initiated communication to ensure we were aware of how to get in the house, to give directions for easy arrival and recommendations for where to eat. He was responsive, friendly and extremely accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Martin was really accommodating. Great recommendations. Really close to Cinco Ranch, lots of good food, activities and a Whole foods. Home was well equipped, everything was functional, and he responded to every single question we had. We would book again without hesitation.
